These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications, and content operated by Veiled Lamb Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “the Company”), principal office 1621 Central Ave #69928, Cheyenne, WY 82001-4531. By using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The Services
We provide a free ministry library (kylelauriano.com), the 1611 Reader application, video channels, and related publications and tools. Some services are free; if a paid product is offered, the price and terms are shown before purchase.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape, resell, or republish substantial parts of the Services without written permission;
- use the Services to infringe the rights of others or to break the law.
3. Our Content & Intellectual Property
- Scripture. The 1611 King James Bible text is in the public domain. You are free to copy and share it.
- Our materials. Original articles, videos, software, artwork, and the Veiled Lamb design mark are owned by Veiled Lamb Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Veiled Lamb mark is a claimed trademark; other marks belong to their respective owners.
- License to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal purposes. No other rights are granted.
4. Purchases
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by the store’s terms and refund policies. Prices are shown at the time of purchase.
5. No Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veiled Lamb Media LLC and its members, managers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
