Rights & Takedown

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we expect others to respect ours. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your rights, and how we handle such reports.

If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@veiledlambmedia.com with subject line “Rights & Takedown” containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and where it appears (a URL is ideal);
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

• We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material we find infringing.
• We may forward your notice to the person who posted the material, including your contact details, as the law permits.
• Incomplete notices may be returned to you for more information.

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your contact details plus consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or access belonging to repeat infringers.
